Notion Build Bar Singapore

Notion Build Bar Singapore brought the community together at Preface Singapore for hands-on, 20-minute, one-to-one sessions with Notion Ambassadors. The idea was simple: bring your workspace, your laptop and a challenge, then work through it together.

I helped an events company CEO, a professor running an English tuition centre, and a community leader explore how Notion could better support their work. Three different contexts, with a common starting point: understanding the process before deciding what to build.

I didn’t know what to expect because conversations ran long. It definitely was a challenge to cover use cases in 20 mins. It’s tough but luckily we had Notion AI

What I covered

• Explored each person's use case and how their work currently flows.
• Helped uncover the processes behind their questions and translate those into a direction for their Notion systems.
• Continued the conversation about community work after the sessions, alongside another Notion Ambassador.
